ACCOMMODATION
We are looking forward to holding the Covenanter International Holiday Conference at Cefn Lea in 2026. The conference centre is full of socialising spaces, meeting rooms, onsite amenities and family chalets, but as with any new venue, the accommodation is laid out in a different manner than previous conferences. As you plan, do try to maximise your accommodation, so that as many as possible may attend CefnLea2026!
On-site accommodation at CefnLea2026 includes ensuite chalets, standard chalets, the bungalow, leisure homes and campsite, all within walking distance of the main meeting rooms.
(Several disabled friendly rooms are available in the ensuite chalets on request.)
Limited offsite Bed & Breakfast properties have been pre-booked in the nearby village of Dolfor (1.5 miles), which will be particularly suited to couples 40+ with their own transport.

Ensuite Chalets
Each ensuite chalet consists of six ensuite bedrooms (6 – 8 beds per room) with private bathrooms, a small shared lounge, dining area and one small shared snacking kitchen downstairs. These are ideal for extended family or friends who wish to stay together and take all meals in Cefn Lea’s dining room.

Considering filling an ensuite chalet with three or six bedrooms yourself? Let us know in your booking with whom you would like to share, and we will do our best to make that happen.

Standard Chalets
Each standard chalet, which is an ideal choice for families with small children, consists of three bedrooms (4 – 5 beds per room) with one shared bathroom, spacious lounge and small shared kitchen. The kitchens in the standard chalets are very small, and will have space limitations for multiple families. We would encourage you to plan to book meal packages in the Cefn Lea dining room. If you do decide to book together and cook together, self-catering might also be an option that would work for you.

The Bungalow
The Bungalow has six bedrooms (3 – 5 beds or bunks per room) with two shared bathrooms, large lounge, dining area and shared kitchen. The bungalow could be a nice option for sharing singles or young adults, and we would encourage you to plan to book meal packages in Cefn Lea’s dining room. If you do choose to coordinate your bookings, and cook together in the compact kitchen, self-catering might also be an option that would work for you.

Due to the close proximity to the main hall, the bungalow common spaces may be used during morning meetings to accommodate a creche.
Leisure Homes
Each individual leisure home consists of three small bedrooms (1-2 beds per room) with a bathroom, lounge and small kitchen. These are ideal for families or friends who wish to stay together with self-catering, or book meals in Cefn Lea’s dining room.

Campsite
The campsite is located right in the centre of the CefnLea2026 conference site. Each touring pitch has access to water and electric hook-up, with flat grass areas for tents. Showers/toilets are located in the main building, with washing-up and waste disposal unit onsite.
Bring your own camping unit
Are you bringing a tent, trailer tent, caravan or RV? The charge will be the same, but please let us know which in your booking so that we can maximise the campsite space.
Meal packages will be available to purchase for Cefn Lea’s dining room along with your optional activities.
Pre-booked offsite Bed & Breakfast accommodation located in the village of Dolfor.
Dolfor Off-site Bed & Breakfasts
Pre-booked offsite Bed & Breakfast accommodation is located in the nearest village, Dolfor, (1.5 miles), and is particularly suited to couples age 40+ who have their own transport. Breakfast will be at the property, with all other meals enjoyed in Cefn Lea’s dining room.

Enjoy CefnLea2026 whilst staying just a short distance away at a local B&B.
In order to maximise the space at CefnLea2026, there will be a supplement for single occupancy, should single rooms become available.
CefnLea2026 also welcomes those who may choose to book their own accommodation offsite, and come along to the conference each day, where you can share meals in Cefn Lea’s dining room (provided you have booked meals with your optional activities). Tea/Coffee break times will be specially designed to allow those from all types of accommodation, both on and off site, to fellowship together.
