  • Is my on-line booking secure?

Yes. We use the most up-to-date security to maintain the website.

  • May I add special requests to my booking?

Any specific requests or medical needs should be noted on the booking form. The organising committee will carefully consider each request.

  • I would like a specific room or type of room.  May I request that?

We appreciate that everyone will have a personal preference regarding their accommodation. The organising committee will take care to accommodate everyone to the best of their ability with the information supplied.

  • May I make one booking for a group of friends and stay in the same chalet?

Yes, we would encourage you to book as many rooms in the chalet as you can fill! Let us know in your booking with whom you would like to share, and we will do our best to make that happen.

  • I plan to stay in a standard chalet or the bungalow.  Do I have meal options?

The kitchens in the standard chalets and the bungalow are very small, and will have space limitations for multiple families. We would encourage you to plan to book meal packages in the Cefn Lea dining room. If you do decide to book together and cook together, self-catering might also be an option that would work for you.

  • I plan to stay in an ensuite chalet. Do I have meal options?

The price of the ensuite chalets includes a full week meal package for Cefn Lea’s dining room. Enjoy the conference without needing to cook, and utilise the small shared kitchen for late-night snacking!

  • I plan to stay in a leisure home.  Do I have meal options?

The kitchen in the leisure homes should be adequate for self-catering for single family use, or those who book together and cook together. Meal packages will also be available to book in the Cefn Lea dining room at reasonable rates.

  • I plan to stay in the pre-booked offsite B&B.  Do I have meal options?

The price of the pre-booked offsite B&Bs includes a full week meal package for Cefn Lea’s dining room, after your breakfast at the bed & breakfast property.

  • Our family wishes to book to stay in a chalet.  How will you choose those with whom we are sharing?

The best way to guarantee sharing joy is to book together, or note on your booking form with whom you request to share. Otherwise, the organising committee will endeavour to match bookings with care and maximise the space so that as many as possible can attend.

  • I plan to attend with my spouse.  What accommodation would you recommend?

The onsite accommodation at Cefn Lea is laid out in a different manner than previous conferences, with a very limited range of double beds. The pre-booked B&Bs offer a good option, or you may wish to consider booking your own accommodation locally. Multi-bed rooms may also be available within chalets for couples, should the committee deem it the best use of bed space. With numerous areas for fellowship at Cefn Lea, and the opportunity to book meal packages, there are many options to consider.

  • I am unable to attend the conference, but wish to send my teenage children.  Is that OK?

All ages are encouraged to attend! However, those who are not yet 18 must be booked by and be under the care of someone 18+ who is attending the conference.

  • What happens if I need to change or cancel my booking?

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please send us a message as soon as possible via the contact form, so that we can make amendments or offer your place to someone else. Please note, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
